ALPY Ball Mills are used to micronize compound chocolate, cream, and enrobing products with lower capacity. The homogenized mixture in the preparation mixer is transferred to the ball mill as same amount of ball mill batch capacity. The product in the jacketed vessel circulates for three hours thanks to the jacketed pump. The micronization process is done during this period when products pass between balls.
After the last thickness is observed, the product is transferred to the stock tank by the same pump with changing of the valve direction. The machine`s capacity is nearly 500 kg product/3 hour. The temperature of the product and water in the jacket is kept at adjusted value automatically. Hot water circulates continuously between the jacketed vessel, the jacketed pump, and the jacketed transfer pipe. Cold water enters the system automatically from an independent chiller water cooler.
