At Alpy, we provide high quality lines and they include Flatted System Dragee Production Machine, the Sugar Mass Cooking Group, and the Coating Pans – a trio designed to elevate your chocolate-making experience. 

The Flatted System Dragee Chocolate Production Line includes forming drums, conveyor bands, and cleaning drums in the same structure. The whole structure is cooled by the present condenser group under the machine.  

Flatted System Dragee Production Machine is produced with 440 mm and 600 mm with forming heads. In the first flat there are forming group, in the second flat there is cooling conveyor and the thirth flat there is cleaning drum. Liquid chocolate pour over the formers are pour over the conveyor band as shaped structure and then pass through the cleaning drum and last shape is obtained. Chocolate dragees are cooled during passing through the conveyor belt and cleaning drum by cold air circulation supplied to the flatted system production machine. Former drums, conveyor belt and cleaning drum are independently speed controlled.

Sugar Mass Cooking Group includes 125 lt steam or oil heated main cooker and 5 pcs 25 lt capacity sugar mass-aroma-coloring mixer.

Coating Pans - chocolate panners are speed controlled and motor-reducer group is connected to the pans with coupling system.
