Granule Sprinkling Unit

The Alpy Granule Sprinkling Unit features a granular product vessel equipped with a vibration motor and a speed-controlled conveyor belt. The products within the vessel are dispensed onto the conveyor belt via the vibration unit and lapel assembly.

The interval between each lapel movement and the speed of vibration determine the quantity of product dispensed onto the conveyor belt. Granules on the conveyor belt are then transferred over to the products passing through underneath.
